Do I need to pay a fee to schedule an appointment?
No. The service fee will be paid only after the diagnosis has been completed.
Is my repair going to be the same day?
Yes. However, for some units, parts need to be ordered if they're not in stock. It takes a few days for them to arrive. Our technician will explain it to you and provide an ETA.
Is AtoZ just the middleman for scheduling?
No. We are not a referral type of company that is trying to connect you with others. You have a problem with an appliance, we are the team to fix it and stand by the quality of our service. We are a family operated REPAIR-SERVICE PROVIDER and our team is trained and certified by the likes of Maytag, Sub-Zero, Kenmore... (the list is long)
